WE WILL CONTINUE TO TAKE ORDERS FOR CURBSIDE SERVICE, AND SHIPPING OUT ORDERS. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT THE PREPARATION OF YOUR ORDER MAY TAKE LONGER THAN EXPECTED, BUT WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.

To our Valued Customers:

We are so happy to announce that we will be opening our doors again on April 08th at 9:00am.

Although many mandates have been removed, we would like to inform you the following:

  • We will be limiting 6 Customers at a time inside.
  • Masks are not required, but we would prefer if you wore one. Our employees will have masks on when serving you.

The staff of PacCana Enterprises Ltd. would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued business during the pandemic, and we look forward to seeing you in person very soon.

We are continuing to do curbside pick up orders.

Please call your order in at least 45 minutes before picking up, to allow us time to prepare your order.

* Please note that times may take longer during peak times.

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY, order numbers must be given when picking up. Order numbers are provided for phone-in orders. Online order numbers are provided in email confirmations.

Shipping Info

Due to COVID protocols (which may vary from province to province), most couriers are leaving packages at the door and may not knock on the door or ring the doorbell to avoid contact. 

We will send the tracking number by email, if your email address is provided. PacCana Enterprises Ltd, nor the couriers will be held liable for stolen packages.  

Please note that the couriers are busier than usual and are short staffed in many locations. Please note that shipping times may take longer than usual. 

In some instances, you may be required to pick up your order at the courier depot in your area, if they are unable to deliver. Please contact us for your tracking number, if you haven't received your order in TWO weeks from the time that your order was placed.

Alternatively, you can have your orders shipped to your local courier depot for pick up.  Please provide us with the address when placing your order, if you'd like to ship directly to your nearest depot.

To our valued Customers:

The health and well being of our valued customers, employees, and community are our top priority during this challenging time.

We are closely monitoring the quickly evolving situation, and are following the guidelines of Government Health Agencies, Global Health Organizations, and Medical Experts.

In an effort to help contain and stop the spread of the COVID-19 virus, we have decided to temporarily close down our Retail area until further notice.

For our Walk in Customers, you are welcome to call us at 403-291-3633, and we will prepare your order right away while you wait in the comfort of your car as we practice social distancing.

We are committed to doing our best to navigate through this challenging time.  We will continue to accept orders to pick up or ship out, by telephone, fax, email, or online.

We can manually process Visa, and Mastercard, and we can also accept e-Transfers for pick up orders.

We are grateful for your continued support and understanding.
